COSC provided the opportunity, the means and guidance for me to realize a lifelong dream of earning a college degree. I will be forever grateful. Janet Szalwinski
I cannot say enough about the support and encouragement that I received from the staff at COSC. I recommend your program all the time! Deidre Moutanho
After dropping out of high schoool at age 16, I never thought that I would have a degree of any kind, much less a college degree. At age 30, I passed the GED Exam. At age 51, I was extremely proud to wear the cap and gown having earned my Associate degree. Although financial difficulties have not allowed me to complete my Bachelor’s degree, I am committed to doing so. I could not have gotten this far without Charter Oak State College. Thank you Charter Oak, for helping to make one of life’s dreams possible. Mary Johnson
As I have stated before, there is no doubt that the COSC staff is the best. Robert Smith
COSC was a great experience. Harriet Dunn
